If you change your mind about something you have ordered from our online store,  dont worry.Simply return it unused and unworn within 28 days of receipt (14 days for sale items) and we'll give you a complete refund(excluding original cost of delivery).

Returning something?

No problem. Simply fill out the returns form enclosed. Attach the Returns address label also enclosed to your parcel. You will need to pay for postage so take to any Post Office and post back to us. Please keep your dispatch details as proof of posting.

Jewellery Returns

For hygiene reasons unfortunately we are not able to exchange or refund pierced earrings unless they are faulty. This does not effect your statutory rights.
