If you've never shopped online before or are new to our website, don't worry. The site is really simple to use, and to make it even easier here are a few handy tips;
How to find what you're looking for
There are a few ways to shop on the site: By Category, By Collection, or by using the search box to find a specific item.
Shop by Department
When you click on individual product catergories, you'll see a list of every single item within that category- eg, ‘Tops', ‘Skirts', ‘Trousers' etc.
You can then either click on any one of these to see individual details, whichever is right for you.
Shop by Collection
To give you a fast and informative guide to wearing the latest trends, this section groups products into the seasonal Collections put together by our Team.
From Skirts to Accessories, you'll find a mixture of different product types in each collection. Simply click on a given collection to view.
How to find a specific item
The search box at the top of the home page gives you several different ways to find specific items:
You can enter a phrase and/or department into the search box - eg, ‘Black Top' or 'Trousers'
If you're in a hurry, the search option is handy to help you to narrow down your search.It will also help you to find items only in a specific colour.
Soon we will be introducing an advanced search option as our collections grow to help you refine your search.
Using your shopping basket
When you've found something you want to buy, select the size you want, then click ‘Add to bag'.
When you've finished shopping and are ready to place your order, click on ‘Shopping bag'. After double-checking the contents of your basket, click on ‘Checkout'.
You'll then be taken to the secure payment area, where you just need to follow the simple instructions to complete your order.
Registering online
To shop online with us you need to register. This is a simple process which asks you to nominate a ‘username' (usually your email address) and a password (any memorable word of your choice).
You'll also need to enter some personal information, including your home and preferred delivery address. We'll store these details so you won't have to enter them every time you order.
For security reasons, we don't store any card details, so you will need to re-enter these each time.
When you purchase an item and click through to the checkout pages, you will automatically be asked to register or sign in if you have shopped with us before.
If you forget your password at any time, don't worry. Simply click on the ‘Forgotten your password?' button on the account log-in page and we'll email it to you.
